How does Spytec GL300 GPS tracker work?

Spytec GL300 is an active GPS tracking device which means it relays location information in real time. It does so by making use of a network of satellites and cellular network.

When you turn on your GPS tracker, it immediately starts looking for GPS satellite signal in the sky. Once it acquires a lock on at least 4 satellites, it sends its GPS coordinates to the Spytec server which further transmits the info to the user on their Spytec app or web portal. Along with coordinates, other important information such as altitude, temperature, time, location on Google maps etc. are also relayed in real time.
