My tracker isn't charging what should I do? - Spytec GPS GL300
If you believe your tracker is not charging, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Does the red light begin flashing when the tracker is plugged in? If yes, then leave your tracker on the charger for 4-6 hours. When finished charging the red light will stay solid.
Step 2: If the red light does not come on or go solid, try using a different charging cable and wall outlet to charge your device. Depending on the model of the tracker, your device may use either a USB-C or Mini USB cord to charge (see image below). Contact our support team if you need a new charger.

Step 3: We also recommend taking a look at the charging port of your device to check for any damage. The charging port is located on the side of the tracker where the charging cord is plugged in.
Step 4: If you've completed the steps above and your device still is not charging, please contact our support team with a clear photo of your device's charging port and the tip of your charging cord. We will further investigate and assist with having the issue resolved.
